2. What data we collect and why
Contact and inquiry forms
When you submit a contact form on valtrya.com, we collect your name, email address, and any information you include in your message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and assess your project. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Readiness Score assessment
If you voluntarily provide your email address after completing the readiness assessment, we store your score and answers together with your email. This is used to send you your result and relevant recommendations. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for website analytics and functionality. See our Cookie Policy for details. Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent where required.
3. How long we retain your data
Contact form submissions and assessment results are retained for a maximum of 3 years from the date of submission, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or a contractual relationship is established.
